Every order undergoes a detailed quality inspection before dispatch.
Where possible, Ritzz Designs also records a Quality Check (QC) video before packaging for internal verification. In many cases, this QC video can also be shared with customers upon request for added transparency.
Customers may also request a video call before dispatch for selected premium or customized orders, subject to availability.
