These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ritzz Designs website and all purchases made through our platform. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

• Ritzz Designs offers designer outfits for women and kids, including customized, ready-to-wear, rental and made-to-order products.
• Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings.
• Since many of our products involve handcrafted embroidery and manual finishing, slight variations are considered part of the uniqueness of the design.

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.
• Ritzz Designs reserves the right to update product prices without prior notice.

Custom Orders

• Customized outfits are created exclusively according to the customer's requirements.
• Once customization work begins, modifications may not be possible.
• Customers are requested to verify all measurements, colours and design requirements before confirming the order.

Rental Products

• Rental outfits must be returned within the agreed rental period.
• Late returns or damaged outfits may attract additional charges.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, payment issues or unforeseen circumstances.
